Responsibilities
- Manage Supply Operations for all E-6B Depot Maintenance Lines.
- Manage processes to ensure employees meet required certification and training requirements for Contract Logistics Support.
- Maintain accurate records of Government Property throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
- Coordinate all Depot Maintenance Line supply requirements and ensure timely completion of supply-related documents (shipping/issuing/receiving).
- Maintain and update aircraft data collection systems files.
- Use automated information systems (computers), including NALCOMIS, Haystack, and Fedlog.
- Conduct material research of internal/external reports.
- Provide leadership and customers with updates on Depot Line supply support status.
- Conduct direct customer meetings in support of E-6B Depot Maintenance Lines.
- Ensure Depot Supply Technicians adhere to company quality policies, standard operating procedures, and government regulations.
- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure all supply requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of supply experience; Depot Level supply experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Government Property Control Procedures.
- Must be customer-oriented.
- Able to use automated information systems.
- Able to communicate successfully both orally and in writing.
- Must be eligible to qualify for and maintain a U.S. DoD secret-level clearance.
