Depot Supply Manager - E6-B Program

Responsibilities

• Manage Supply Operations for all E-6B Depot Maintenance Lines.
• Manage processes to ensure employees meet required certification and training requirements for Contract Logistics Support.
• Maintain accurate records of Government Property throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
• Coordinate all Depot Maintenance Line supply requirements and ensure timely completion of supply-related documents (shipping/issuing/receiving).
• Maintain and update aircraft data collection systems files.
• Use automated information systems (computers), including NALCOMIS, Haystack, and Fedlog.
• Conduct material research of internal/external reports.
• Provide leadership and customers with updates on Depot Line supply support status.
• Conduct direct customer meetings in support of E-6B Depot Maintenance Lines.
• Ensure Depot Supply Technicians adhere to company quality policies, standard operating procedures, and government regulations.
• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure all supply requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of supply experience; Depot Level supply experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Government Property Control Procedures.
• Must be customer-oriented.
• Able to use automated information systems.
• Able to communicate successfully both orally and in writing.
• Must be eligible to qualify for and maintain a U.S. DoD secret-level clearance.
