About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure electronic payment transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Take ownership of your work, identify and resolve discrepancies, and understand the importance of precision in a risk-sensitive environment.
• Support the integrity of our operations and strengthen our fraud prevention and compliance efforts through your knowledge of ACH processing, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
• Show attention to detail and accuracy, analyze issues, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Organize and follow established processes and internal controls, communicate effectively, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Work within a structured, deadline-driven setting and take pride in being someone your team can rely on.

Requirements

• A working knowledge of ACH processing, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
• An understanding of BSA AML, OFAC, and Regulation E.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Organization and process discipline.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Banking systems or core processing experience.
