Deployment Support Analyst

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Deployment Support Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Irvine, CA. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite attendance typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting restaurant technology, help desk operations, technical troubleshooting, and customer support. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Provide remote support for restaurant technology systems and deployment initiativesServe as a technical resource for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer supportSupport Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs, including vendor coordination and Service Desk collaborationIdentify root cause issues and application defects and communicate findings to business partnersAnalyze customer workflows and operational challenges to facilitate effective supportTranslate customer requests into technical specifications and incident documentationMaintain technical knowledge of supported applications and environmentsCollaborate with Reporting and Problem Management teamsParticipate in an on-call rotation providing evening and weekend support as neededCreate and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and resolution proceduresDeliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred1+ years of customer service experienceStrong understanding of operating systems, troubleshooting methodologies, and technical support concepts Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 1+ years of Help Desk experience preferredA+ Certification or equivalent experience preferredNetwork+ Certification or equivalent experience preferredExperience supporting enterprise technology environments preferred Key Competencies & Behaviors Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgment Work EnvironmentLocation: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)Onsite Schedule: Typically Tuesday and ThursdayRemote Work: Yes Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $23.50.
