Deployment Strategist Lead, Future Platforms | Housing
At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be. By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.
About the role
As a Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team, you'll help found and scale a critical new function at EliseAI: taking our future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role that centers on strategic execution, with real influence over the product and the motion around it. You'll act as the primary driver of engagement success: building alignment across complex customer stakeholder groups, guiding high-stakes implementation and workflow decisions, and coordinating tightly with Product and Engineering to translate real-world needs into clear requirements and shipped improvements.
Because this platform is early-stage and scaling quickly, you'll run engagements and help systematize how we do them, building repeatable playbooks, processes, and systems that let us scale rapidly without losing quality. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own complex deployment outcomes end-to-end: comfortable with ambiguity, strong in stakeholder management and execution, energized by building internal systems that scale, and willing to do whatever it takes to drive customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own engagement success end-to-end: Serve as the primary driver of customer deployments from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization; ensure outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning: Translate fuzzy goals into crisp requirements, workflows, success metrics, and rollout plans; guide customers through tradeoffs, product constraints, and adoption choices
- Run the execution motion: Hold a full book of concurrent deployments at different stages; coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders; keep cadence, risk tracking, and launch readiness current on every one without dropping threads
- Maintain multi-threaded project plans under ambiguity; coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders; create clear operating cadences, risk tracking, and launch readiness
- Configuration and launch: Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training teams to drive product configuration, data migration, launch, and successful adoption
- Support change management: Partner with client leadership on communicating the change through their organization, and identify where workflows or incentives need to shift for adoption to stick
- Inform product development: Bring net-new workflow and product requirements to Product/Engineering, grounded in scoping learnings, customer input, and real-world usage
- Contribute to the playbook: Feed lessons from engagements into the processes and templates that improve speed and quality as we scale
- Support sales and expansion: Participate in later-stage sales and pre-sales discovery to set up successful engagements; help scope realistic engagements and identify follow-on opportunities
- Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
