Deployment Project Manager

About the role

The Deployment Project Manager leads end-to-end project and deployment planning, manages cross-functional teams, identifies and mitigates risks, and supports continuous improvement of deployment processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and deployment planning, including timelines, readiness, and resource coordination
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment execution
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
• Deliver clear deployment dashboards, status updates, and leadership reporting
• Maintain project documentation, deployment plans, and governance standards
• Support continuous improvement of deployment processes and tools

Requirements

• 6–8 years of project management and deployment management experience
• Proven success delivering complex deployments across multiple teams or regions
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with structured delivery frameworks and deployment methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience: 6–8 years of project management and deployment management experience
