About Us

EvolutionIQ’s mission is to deliver state-of-the-art technology that helps insurance claims teams make claims handling more accurate, fair, and efficient, so that more people impacted by injury or illness can continue their lives with dignity and stability. We are currently experiencing massive growth and are hiring world-class talent to help build and scale internally while transforming the insurance space. Our team is our #1 priority, and we have been named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces 3 years in a row and Built In’s Best Places to Work in 2025 and 2026.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our platform for enterprise clients. This role sits within our Client Services team and is responsible for managing complex implementations while serving as a trusted partner to both internal leadership and client-side executives. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management rigor, client relationship management, and technical fluency in the SaaS/AI space, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end deployment of EvolutionIQ AI products: Lead full lifecycle software implementations—from kickoff through go-live and transition to steady-state support.
  • Executive stakeholder management: Serve as the primary project point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior and executive-level leaders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and driving alignment.
  • Project leadership & delivery: Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services teams to execute implementations and resolve issues quickly.
  • Client relationship management: Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as both a strategic advisor and operational lead throughout the engagement.
  • Process & playbook development: Continuously improve deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices to scale delivery and enhance client experience.
  • Data & technical oversight: Oversee data integrations, configurations, and UAT/validation processes; ensure solutions meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Change management & adoption: Drive client readiness, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful deployment and long-term value realization.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or client-facing delivery roles within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
  • Strong experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Exceptional project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, prioritization).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading executive discussions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, or ETL processes.
  • Background in consulting or professional services environments.

What Success Looks Like

  • Deployments are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.
  • Strong, durable relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Clear, proactive communication across internal and external teams.
  • Continuous improvement of implementation processes and client experience.

Benefits

  • Compensation: Base salary range of $170–185K, with flexibility depending on background and experience. Includes an annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs).
  • Well-being: Medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, and 401k matching. Additional family, wellness, and pet benefits.
  • Home & family: Paid time off and sick leave, 100% paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregivers and 12 weeks for secondary caregivers). Flexible schedule for new parents returning to work.
  • Office life: Catered lunches, happy hours, pet-friendly spaces, and a monthly technology stipend.
  • Growth & training: $1,000/year for professional development, plus opportunities for tuition reimbursement.
  • Sponsorship: Open to sponsoring candidates currently in the U.S. who need to transfer their active visa.
