About the Company

We're on a mission to empower builders. Our docs platform serves 100 million+ developers every year and powers documentation for 20,000+ companies, including Anthropic, Microsoft, PayPal, Spotify, Coinbase, X, and over 20% of the last YC batch. We recently passed 65 employees and raised a $45 million Series B led by A16Z and Salesforce Ventures. Each new hire has a huge impact on shaping the company's trajectory. We value learning velocity, grit, and unapologetically unique personalities. We grew in value faster than headcount and we’re looking to align the two quickly.

About the Role

The gap from signed contract to successfully going-live represents one of the most important surface areas in the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will own that gap, coordinating across Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and the customer’s own teams to ensure enterprise plan customers have smooth, on-time, and high quality migrations to Mintlify.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship from deal close through go-live and the first 14 days post launch.
  • Perform migration scoping pre-sales so that each deal has clear deliverables and boundaries before kickoff.
  • Make changes to customer’s documentation repos such as adding custom scripts, editing API specs, and defining React custom components.
  • Advise customers on best practices with onboarding to Mintlify.
  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues independently.
  • Define timelines, identify technical blockers, and create a go-live plan for each customer.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure on-track progress.
  • Manage our migration vendor partners to assign work and ensure quality output.
  • Drive continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks in scaled onboarding, build repeatable processes, and optimize workflows as customer volume grows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing post-sales role or in technical program management.
  • Project management - Track record of managing technical implementations or onboarding programs in B2B SaaS; comfortable juggling 10+ concurrent projects.
  • Strong technical foundation - CS degree or other technical experience, frontend web development, ability to write code, debug issues, and architect technical solutions independently.
  • Customer communication excellence - Can distill complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences; proactive and clear communicator.
  • Bias toward action - Comfortable working in ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and solving novel problems without waiting for perfect instructions.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • 20 days paid time off every year
  • 401k or RRSP
  • $420/month wellness stipend
  • 100% coverage for health, dental, vision
  • Free Ubers to and from work
  • Free lunch and dinners
  • Annual team offsite (previously went to Alaska, Hawaii)
