Deployment Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Deployment Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee complex deployment activities for healthcare technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on implementation readiness, go-live coordination, and multi-team execution. The Deployment Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure system rollouts are delivered on time and aligned to operational requirements. This position is well suited for someone who has led large-scale health IT deployments and can help drive consistency across multiple accounts and environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $111,155 – $150,385 annually Responsibilities Schedule and manage healthcare IT deployment activities and go-live events Oversee parallel system deployments across multiple teams and stakeholders Maintain deployment and implementation management plans for technology rollouts Lead deployment readiness sessions and meetings aligned with state and federal requirements Coordinate installation of communication infrastructure for system modules and integrations Qualifications 6+ years of experience in healthcare system deployment or implementation projects Experience managing large-scale deployment initiatives across various healthcare accounts 2+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies in health IT ecosystems Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field Familiarity with Medicaid systems and enterprise health IT solutions Benefits Flexible work arrangements with the potential for remote work Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, including Health Savings Accounts 401(k) plan with company match and contribution options Paid time off plans including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Enhanced paid family leave program offering up to 160 hours in 12 months Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
