About The Role You will investigate and resolve client technical issues, diagnose root causes using logs, API responses, and scripts, and communicate clear escalations when product fixes are needed. You will support large deployments, prepare environments, configure platforms, validate data before go-live, and improve deployment playbooks. As you develop expertise, you will create scripts, internal tools, and AI agents that automate repeatable delivery work. Requirements Be in the final year of an engineering program or hold a master's degree in Business with technical-topic experienceUnderstand APIsRead and understand code in Python, JavaScript, Bash, or similar languagesModify existing scriptsUse AI tools regularly and understand their limitationsCommunicate with clients and technical teamsBe fluent in written and spoken EnglishFrench is a plus Responsibilities Investigate and resolve client technical issues during and after onboardingAnalyze logs, API responses, and scripts to identify root causesServe as a technical contact for clients and escalate clearly diagnosed product issuesSupport archive migrations, platform setups, bulk operations, and backfillsPrepare environments, configure deployments, perform data checks, and validate go-live readinessFollow and improve deployment playbooksBuild scripts, internal tools, and AI agents to prevent recurring issuesAutomate and package repeatable delivery workHelp improve the Deployment team's daily use of AI Benefits Visa sponsorship
