Deployment Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding processes for customers in collaboration with Technical Architects
• Design and optimize scalable implementation frameworks for different customer segments
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with customer data engineering teams
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for implementations
• Develop and execute implementation plans to minimize time-to-value
• Partner with Technical Architects to identify and resolve technical blockers
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation or solutions architecture in enterprise software
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration and APIs
• Proven track record managing complex technical implementations while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Excellence in technical project management with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both technical and business audiences
• Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing tech (plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay

$140,000 – $180,000 annually
