Department Teacher
Position Overview
Aid in classroom activities, maintain flexibility, and lead activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in any field
- 1,040 hours as an assistant teacher, aide, or student intern with 18 quarter credit education hours
- First Aid & CPR certification required
- Early Childhood Teaching Experience Required
- Knowledge of NAEYC Standards and DHS Licensing Rule 3 requirements preferred
- Experience working with students with special education needs preferred

Compensation (Pay/Benefits)
The pay range for these positions starts at $44,600 - $52,400, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). Please inquire with interest. This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. This position is benefits eligible.
