Department Supply Technician (Full-time)

About the role

This position serves as a critical link between Supply Chain and Patient Care teams, ensuring clinical departments have the products, equipment, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.

Scheduled as 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), benefit-eligible, supporting the Obstetrics and Nursery Unit in La Crosse, WI.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure clinical departments have the materials needed to support patient care.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical supplies, equipment, and other essential products throughout hospital and clinic locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, product usage, expirations, and recalls maintaining compliance and preventing supply disruptions.
• Partner with clinical teams, Supply Chain, and vendors to improve inventory processes, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years minimum previous experience in an inventory or supply chain related role.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Pay

Starting pay of $17.93/hour, with additional compensation for experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. No weekends, no holidays.
