About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Manage sales promotions and train service staff in procedures.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support Crew in getting off to a good start and motivating them throughout their time working there.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for a management position in corporate-owned restaurants.
