Responsibilities

• Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
• Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
• Follow up and report results
• Ensure high quality food delivery quickly
• Ensure food is always safe
• Control food costs
• Train kitchen staff in production procedures
• Hire and train qualified crew members
• Engage employees through motivation and recognition
• Ensure memorable customer experiences
• Manage sales promotions
• Train service staff in service procedures
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service

Requirements

Must be 18 years old and older.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for customer service are required.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to motivate and lead teams, and knowledge of food safety and inventory management are essential.
