Department Coordinator
Job Description
Captures and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, events, or programs.
Schedules and organizes meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
Communicates with the department leader, team members, and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and expectations.
Prepares and distributes project-related materials, documents, and reports.
Tracks project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Supports budget planning and monitoring for assigned projects.
Aids in maintaining and enhancing the department’s SharePoint site, including content, access, design, and documents.
Education & Experience
Requires 2+ years of related experience in healthcare or business.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Associate degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience

Pay Range
$19.76 - $36.75
