About the role
As an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital at Aspen Dental, you will:
- Learn digital denture production through state-of-the-art training program
- Showcase technology and artistic skills to improve lives in your community
- Use industry-leading equipment and collaborate with dentists for optimal patient care
- Assist with prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional care
Responsibilities
- Navigate digital denture technology
- Create better smiles for patients
- Collaborate with dentists for patient satisfaction
- Print and fabricate dentures
- Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases
- Aid in preparing laboratory supply orders
- Provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Computer and technical aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- The ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Experience in a dental office (optional)
- Willingness to travel for training (15+ weeks)
- Ability to relocate (strongly preferred)
