About the role

Lake Dental in Palm Springs is a relationship-driven, family-friendly practice known for its calm, collaborative, and down-to-earth culture. This is a team-oriented environment where providers genuinely enjoy working together and prioritize long-term patient relationships. We’re seeking an associate dentist who is excited to practice comprehensive dentistry and has a strong interest in expanding skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery. You’ll work alongside multiple seasoned clinicians who are passionate about mentorship, making this a great opportunity for experienced doctors looking to grow. This is a busy, well-established practice offering clinical autonomy, strong support, and advanced technology including CEREC, CBCT, and digital imaging.

Schedule

  • Start at 3 days per week (Fridays required)
  • Opportunity to grow into a 4-day schedule within the first year

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate oral healthcare, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being and long-term dental health.
  • Contribute towards a team-oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
  • Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
  • Improve your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available).
  • Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, demonstrating professional growth and practical expertise in dental care.
  • Other certifications as required by state to include CPR, DEA, etc.
