About the Role

An Associate Dentist providing quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Collaborate with a team of hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Participate in team activities like morning huddles to plan daily goals and promote a positive community image.
• Provide care primarily to patients aged 3-21, with a portion of adult patients, in a practice with a focus on patient experience.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program with a valid license or eligibility for licensure.
• Certifications including CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (where applicable).
• Strong compassion, teamwork, and dedication to patient care, especially with children.
• Ability to work with advanced dental technology and maintain compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
