Dentist - Sign On Bonus

An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with some adult patients. The role involves supporting community health initiatives, participating in team activities like morning huddles, and fostering positive patient experiences, especially with children. The dentist utilizes advanced equipment such as digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces, working within a supportive team structure of hygienists and assistants.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive dental services using practice software and digital tools
• Maintaining patient care standards and adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient practice flow and patient satisfaction
• Promoting a positive community image and engaging in team meetings and activities

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Valid licensure to practice in relevant states or eligibility for licensure
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications
• Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in select states
• Compassionate with a strong desire to serve children and adults
