Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care with clinical autonomy

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one
• Current CPR certification, DEA registration, and NPI number or ability to acquire

Pay

Potential earnings of $150,000–$400,000+
