Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care
- Develop treatment plans

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one
- Current CPR certification
- DEA registration and NPI number or ability to acquire them
