About the role

An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, supporting the mission to create healthy, happy smiles. The role involves collaborating with a team, participating in morning huddles, and promoting a positive community image.

Responsibilities

• Delivering dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray and fiber-optic handpieces
• Supporting a patient base of primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults
• Engaging in team activities, mentoring, and fostering excellent patient experiences
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
• Utilizing practice software (DentaPro) and participating in community outreach

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Valid dental license or eligibility in relevant states
• CPR, DEA, and other certifications as required; Nitrous certification preferred in select states
