About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our team at Oquirrah Mountain Dental, Pony Express Eagle Mountain, and Nelson & Tillman. Our offices are equipped with the latest technology, and we are committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Utilize the latest dental technologies and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in dentistry.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
• Current Utah license or eligible upon graduation.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous.
• Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

• Pass a full panel drug screening as a condition of employment.

Benefits

• $800 daily rate or 30% of adjusted production for the first 6 months.
• 31% of adjusted production after initial 6 months.
• Sign-on bonus of $5000.
• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
• Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in-house CE program.
• Full Medical and Benefits.
• Licensure and DEA expenses covered.
• Malpractice Insurance covered.
• ADA and State Dues as well as AAP dues covered.

Pay

• $800 daily rate or 30% of adjusted production for the first 6 months.
• 31% of adjusted production after initial 6 months.
