Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
- Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Dental License
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for patient care and lifelong learning
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
- Experience in general dentistry preferred
- Interest in building a successful career in a doctor-led organization

Pay
$155,000 - $200,000 annually, with incentive opportunities
Schedule
Monday: 7am-2pm
Tuesday: 7am-2pm
Wednesday: 7am-2pm
Thursday: 2pm-8pm
Friday: 7am-4pm / 9am-4pm (rotating every other week)
