Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Dental License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for patient care and lifelong learning

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Experience in general dentistry preferred
• Interest in building a successful career in a doctor-led organization

Pay

$155,000 - $200,000 annually, with incentive opportunities

Schedule

Monday: 7am-2pm
Tuesday: 7am-2pm
Wednesday: 7am-2pm
Thursday: 2pm-8pm
Friday: 7am-4pm / 9am-4pm (rotating every other week)
