Responsibilities
- Recruit General Dentists for practice opportunities in NY, NJ, PA, CT, MD, MA, VA, and DE
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to hiring and handoffs to onboarding teams
- Ensure a high quality of accuracy and database integrity by adding all candidates to internal databases/ATS
- Effectively communicate the employer value proposition to prospective Dentists to drive successful candidate flow and hires
- Work collaboratively with Dental Directors and Operators to provide candidates with a 5-star experience
- Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to build a healthy candidate pipeline
- Work independently and collaboratively on multiple positions at once, reporting on recruitment activity and showing results
- Provide weekly updates to the Provider Recruitment Manager on recruitment activity including new hires, TTF, and present to offers metrics
- Highly skilled in passive candidate outreach, converting passive candidates into active candidates, and recruiting from other DSOs and private practices
- Adept in building relationships with candidates quickly via phone or at events (residency programs, campus recruitment, industry events, and dental societies)
- Ensure high-quality brand communications, presenting The Smilist as an employer of choice
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with prior dental recruitment experience required
- Proven recruitment methods and strategies that positively impact the business and support growth
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting tools/resources, including social media
- Ability to manage change and solve various recruitment challenges in the dental landscape
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Full-time position with an excellent benefits package. Open to hybrid (based in Great Neck, NY) or remote work arrangements for NY, NJ, PA, CT, and DE residents. Pay range: $70,000-$80,000/year.
