Dentist - PT and/or Saturdays

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children. This is a part-time position for Mondays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays.

About the role

Deliver high-quality care and service by examining patients, diagnosing diseases, and performing all necessary procedures. Educate caregivers and patients on treatment and preventive practices, and stay informed on the latest dental techniques. Partner with neighboring practices to promote services and support community outreach to attract new patients.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment
• Stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques
• Inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
• Help kids and their caregivers develop excellent oral health habits
• Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
• Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events, and email communications
• Perform other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Requirements

• State dental license in good standing
• Strong interest in working with children
• Ability to acquire or maintain Medicaid Provider number and NPI number
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time

Pay

$700–$1000 per day

Schedule

Part-time: Mondays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays
