Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patientsEducate individuals on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment optionsEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including workplace safety and confidentiality protocolsMaintain appropriate clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferredAssist with staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs Requirements: DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental schoolCompletion of an accredited General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry program preferredUnrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of MinnesotaDEA registration (if applicable)Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red CrossAbility to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insuranceStrong communication skills in English; additional language skills preferredKnowledge of public health principles and practices is a plus Why Join Us?
