High daily rates (up to $1000/day) and production percentage, signing bonus up to $15K, relocation assistance up to $10K, and comprehensive benefits.

About the role

Academy Kids Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children. This role involves instructing staff on patient treatment, educating caregivers and patients on preventive practices, and reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and perform all necessary procedures
• Educate caregivers and patients on all aspects of treatment and stay informed on the latest dental techniques
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers about services
• Help kids and caregivers develop excellent oral health habits
• Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
• Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, provider meetings, company events, and email communications
• Perform other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Requirements

• State dental license in good standing
• Strong interest in working with children
• Ability to acquire or maintain Medicaid Provider number and NPI number
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time
