Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Hold an active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one
• Possess certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI
• Demonstrate excellent patient care, communication, and customer service skills
• Be enthusiastic and a team player
