Requirements
- DMD or DDS from an accredited US program
- Active Kentucky Dental License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to gaining base access
- Pass a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening
- 1 year of experience is required
