Dentist (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team.
• Operate under DentaPro software.
• Use digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in ongoing training for OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
• Work within a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Treat a patient base primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending on location).
• Manage office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
• Handle a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

Qualifications

• Hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Have a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or be eligible for licensure.
• Be CPR certified, DEA certified, and Nitrous Oxide certified (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Show compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
