Dentist - Open to New Grads

Role: Part-time General Dentist Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental care in a predominantly PPO practice, supported by a team of in-house specialists. Maintain high-quality patient care, build patient relationships, and ensure clinical excellence. Collaborate with a supportive team committed to operational success and patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Accredited dental school graduate, current applicable state dental license or ability to obtain one, CPR, DEA, NPI certifications. Open to new graduates. Demonstrates professionalism, patient-centered approach, and commitment to clinical excellence. Key Duties: Deliver dental treatments, ensure patient safety, and contribute to a positive practice environment. Utilize team support for specialty needs and adhere to standard clinical protocols. Participate in ongoing education and maintain compliance with licensing requirements. Benefits & Compensation: 401K with company match, CE credits, malpractice insurance. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $400,000 based on experience, with a percentage of production and a daily guaranteed rate during onboarding. Schedule includes two days per week, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
