About the role

Higginbotham Family Dental offers associate dentists opportunities for both new graduates and experienced dentists. For new graduates, there is mentor training provided by Dr. Higginbotham and his associates. For experienced dentists, we offer opportunities for career transition or purchase of their practices.

Responsibilities

  • Treatment of patients for various procedures including crowns, fillings, surgical extractions, root canals, bridges, partials, and dentures.
  • Implant placement experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of general dentistry procedures, dental instruments, and sterilization methods.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active State Dental Board license in Tennessee and/or Arkansas.
  • Bachelor’s or Doctor of Dental Medicine/Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from an accredited dental program.
  • Experience in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, dental implants, or other specialized areas of dentistry is a plus.
  • Experience with dental software such as Dentrix is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s or Doctor of Dental Medicine/Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from an accredited dental program.

Pay

$150,000+ for new graduates, $200,000-$750,000+ for experienced associates.
