Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern private‑practice setting
• Build strong patient relationships and grow clinically

• Work side‑by‑side with in‑house specialists and a supportive clinical team
• Provide exceptional care to military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
• Active Dental License (in the state you are applying to)
• 1–2 years of clinical experience
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Driver’s License prior to start date
• Pass a background check (criminal & malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations

Skills

• Comfortable performing extractions, including third molars
• Proficient in root canal therapy, including molars
• Invisalign or clear aligner certification (preferred)

Pay

$180,000 – $390,000 annually (Daily Guarantee OR Percentage of Adjusted Production)

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
