Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Current Minnesota dental license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and a collaborative work environment
• Experience in general dentistry preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in general dentistry
• Experience with digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and other modern dental technologies

Pay

$155,000 - $200,000 annually, with incentive opportunities

• W 7am-2pm
