About the role

Park Dental is seeking a passionate, patient-focused General Dentist to join their established Dean Lakes practice. The position offers hands-on mentorship, a strong patient base, modern technology, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for doctors to become shareholders in Park Dental Partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Current Minnesota dental license
• Experience in general dentistry preferred, but not required for new graduates

Pay

$155,000 - $200,000 annually, with incentive opportunities
