Role Responsibilities
- Leading a patient-centric team, ensuring high-quality clinical care while respecting clinical judgment
- Conducting comprehensive examinations and diagnosing dental conditions
- Developing and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Providing clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintaining financial awareness and collaborating with the Operations team to meet financial goals
- Mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental professionals
- Staying current with developments in dentistry through continuing education
- Representing the practice in professional networks and community events
Qualifications & Skills
- DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
