Dentist – DDS / DMD

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a patient-centric dental team
• Ensure high-quality patient care according to ethical standards
• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
• Develop and present tailored treatment plans for patients
• Deliver clinical treatments with efficiency and excellence
• Collaborate with Operations to meet budgetary goals
• Mentor and coach junior dentists and dental professionals

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school required
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in dentistry necessary
• Proven leadership abilities in managing a dental team essential
• Strong patient communication and education skills needed
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development expected

Pay

$215,000 – $300,000 annually
