Dentist – DDS / DMD

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach dental professionals and new dentists to foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, ethics, and professionalism.
• Manage clinical workflows efficiently while working with the Operations team to meet financial goals.
• Stay current with dental advancements through ongoing education and professional development.
• Represent the practice within the community through networking and professional associations.

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Leadership ability to guide and develop a dental team.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Knowledge of practice management, including budgeting and operational support.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
