Dentist - Dakota Dental & Wellness Center

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our team at Dakota Dental & Wellness Center! Our office is equipped with the latest technology, and we are committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• $1000 daily rate or 30% of adjusted production for the first 6 months
• Sign-on bonus of $15,000
• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership
• Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in-house CE program
• Full Medical and Benefits
• Licensure and DEA expenses covered
• Malpractice Insurance covered
• ADA and State Dues as well as AAP dues covered
• Internal programs, covering multiple specialties and subjects
• Mentorship program

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Current MN license or eligible upon graduation
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
• Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passes a full panel drug screening as a condition of employment

Full-time position available.
