Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive dental services, participating in team activities such as morning huddles, and promoting a positive community image. Key Duties Perform dental procedures using advanced technology including digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces.Support patient care by collaborating with hygienists and dental assistants.Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.Contribute to a welcoming environment for patients and team members. Qualifications & Skills DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure in practicing states.Required certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).Strong compassion and desire to serve both children and adults.
