We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a supportive and mission-driven dental team. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a predominantly PPO practice supported by in-house specialists and a skilled team. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality dental services, utilizing advanced technology such as 3D scanners and lasers, and maintaining patient relationships. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $180,000 to $400,000, with no production targets, and includes full practice management support, mentorship, and ongoing education.
