About the role

A full-time General Dentist position in West Phoenix, AZ, offering a supportive, mission-driven environment with a focus on quality patient care, clinical autonomy, and team empowerment. You will provide comprehensive dental services in a predominantly PPO practice, supported by in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard, comprehensive dental care
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Maintain operational and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Dentist
• Graduation from an accredited dental school
• Current applicable state dental license or ability to obtain one
• CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Professionalism and excellent communication

Schedule

3–5 days per week, including Fridays.

Pay

Compensation based on a percentage of production.
