Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough oral examinations
- Diagnose various dental conditions
- Perform necessary dental procedures
- Accurately document all dental care provided in the patient’s dental record
- Participate in clinical quality monitoring and peer review programs
- Engage in departmental meetings and educational programs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited dental school (DDS or DMD)
- Oregon Dental License and DEA certification
- Maintenance of required CDE credits
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR)
- Successful completion of credentialing and privileging review upon hire
- Represents the organization professionally to the community
- Proficient in general dentistry/clinical skills
- Demonstrates professional leadership for the healthcare team
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and self-directed work style
- Strong communication skills
- Successful relationship management in a diverse environment
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Epic
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations and workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- English/Spanish bilingual proficiency

Compensation
- Salaried/Exempt: $150k-175k annually, depending on experience
- Bilingual Differential: $0.75 per hour for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
