About the role
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to deliver high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children aged 3–21, with opportunities to treat adults. The role involves providing dental services supported by advanced technology such as digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and practice management software.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adult patients
- Use advanced technology including digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and practice management software
- Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to coordinate patient care
- Participate in daily huddles to align on practice goals and patient needs
- Foster positive patient experiences and build trust with families
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program
- Valid state dental license or eligibility
- Current CPR and DEA certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable)
- Compassionate approach toward patients
