About the role

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to deliver high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children aged 3–21, with opportunities to treat adults. The role involves providing dental services supported by advanced technology such as digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adult patients
• Use advanced technology including digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and practice management software
• Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to coordinate patient care
• Participate in daily huddles to align on practice goals and patient needs
• Foster positive patient experiences and build trust with families

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program
• Valid state dental license or eligibility
• Current CPR and DEA certifications
• Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable)
• Compassionate approach toward patients
