About the role

We are seeking a Dentist to work full-time (4 days per week) providing services at work sites across Middlesex County, Massachusetts (locations include Lowell, Concord, and Chelmsford areas). This position offers clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule with no evening or weekend hours, and an established patient base with no quotas. All equipment and supplies, including a laptop with a proprietary EMR system, are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general dentistry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct routine, preventative examinations and oral cancer screenings.
  • Perform routine extractions, fillings, denture fabrications, relines, and repairs.
  • Provide emergency dental services.
  • Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in our EMR system.
  • Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities (mobile model treatment).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree.
  • Valid state professional license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of dental care.
  • Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use email, the internet, and learn other healthcare-related software.

Pay

Opportunity to earn $600+ per day via an uncapped production-based pay structure. Mileage reimbursement provided.
