About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
  • Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
  • Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, Wave One, Overjet, etc. to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
  • Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
  • Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working clinical experience.
  • Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required), in good standing.
  • GPR or AEGD preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$175,000.00 To $300,000.00 annually

Schedule

Full-Time, 4 days per week
