Dentist

We're looking for a full-time General Dentist to practice out of our Grants Pass, Oregon office. Up to a $30,000 sign-on bonus and up to $120,000 in loan forgiveness available.

About the Role

Guaranteed minimum first-year income of $200,000 plus signing bonuses up to $30,000. Bonus earning potential based on production rates with expected compensation between $250,000 and $350,000.

Pay

• Guaranteed minimum first-year income: $200,000
• Sign-on bonus: up to $30,000
• Expected compensation range: $250,000 – $350,000 (with unlimited bonus earning potential)
• Loan forgiveness: up to $120,000 for a three-year commitment (through Oregon Health Authority and NHSC)

Requirements

• Accredited dental school graduate
• Active Oregon state dental license (or ability to acquire one by employment start date)
• CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications
