About the role

Full-time General Dentist opportunity in Bakersfield, CA with a guaranteed minimum first-year income of $155,000 plus unlimited bonus earning potential based on production rates.

Compensation

• Guaranteed annual income of $155,000
• Unlimited bonus earning potential with expected compensation between $205,000 and $400,000
• No production targets
• Signing bonus and relocation package available

Requirements

• Accredited dental school graduate
• Current applicable state dental license (or ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• CPR, DEA, NPI licenses/certifications
• Open to new graduates
