This full-time opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK offers a predominantly PPO practice with a full team of in-house Board-eligible or Certified specialists to support your specialty needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient-centered treatment.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, treatment coordinators, practice managers, and in-house specialists.
  • Utilize the latest dental technology, including 3D iTero scanners and lasers, with access to in-house certification programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred (new graduates considered).
  • Accredited Dental School Graduate.
  • Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment).
  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI.

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation based on a percentage of production, with annual income between $205,000 and $400,000.
  • No production targets.
  • 401(k) with company match and deferred compensation programs to maximize savings and take-home income.
  • Partial license and DEA reimbursement after 2 years.

Schedule

  • 5 days a week (Monday–Friday), with possible 1–2 Saturdays per month.
  • Flexible work schedules, including full-time and part-time opportunities to support individual needs.
